Find My Triggers provides digital tools and resources to help individuals track and identify their food sensitivities. This includes our website, digital product bundles, and the Find My Triggers web application.
The information provided on this website, within our products, and through the App is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The AI-generated insights and trigger analysis provided by the App are based on patterns in your self-reported data. They are designed to help you have more informed conversations with your healthcare provider — they are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
If you have a medical condition — including but not limited to IBS, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, coeliac disease, or other gastrointestinal conditions — please consult a doctor or registered dietitian before making dietary changes based on information from our products.
You need an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email address used for sign-in. One account per person.
The App offers a free tier with limited features and a paid tier (one-time purchase) with full access. Features available in each tier may change over time, but paid features you have already purchased will not be revoked.
The App uses AI to process your entries and generate insights. AI processing is subject to the limitations described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated content may contain errors — always verify important health decisions with a qualified professional.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. We store and process it only to provide you with the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
In addition to the App, we sell a separate manual IBS Tracker Bundle with templates, guides, and toolkits. These manual products are delivered digitally via Gumroad. You are purchasing a licence for personal use.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share our products without written permission.
App Pro upgrades are processed through Dodo Payments. Separate manual digital products are processed through Gumroad. All sales of digital products and App upgrades are final. Due to the instant-access nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find My Triggers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, products, or the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any decisions made based on AI-generated insights or trigger analysis.
Our total liability in any matter related to our products or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. If we make changes that materially affect your use of the App, we will notify you via email. Continued use of our site or the App constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Find My Triggers operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
