Founder of Find My Triggers · Living with IBS

I built this because I spent years bouncing between gastroenterologists, abandoning food diaries after three days, and Googling symptoms at 2am. Every app I tried was built for calorie counting or generic wellness — nothing was designed for the specific problem of figuring out which food is making you feel terrible.

The thing that finally worked was voice logging — just talking into my phone after eating — combined with AI that could actually spot the delayed patterns I was missing on my own. That's what Find My Triggers does.

If you've been told to "keep a food diary" and found that impossible to stick with, you're in the right place. More about why I built this →

Tracking food triggers should not feel like a second job.

If you have tried to figure this out before, you are probably not lazy or inconsistent. The usual tools just make an already exhausting problem feel even harder.

Most apps solve the wrong problem Calories and barcodes are not the same as finding what is causing the bloating.
Food reactions are delayed and inconsistent Which makes patterns hard to spot on your own, especially when symptoms show up hours later.
Being told to keep a food diary is not enough You need a system that helps you actually interpret the data.
You need something easy enough to stick with If logging feels annoying, most people quit before the useful patterns show up.
You do not need more willpower. You need a better system.

Talk to your phone. AI does the rest.

1

Log by voice or text

Say "just had pasta with garlic bread, feeling a bit bloated" and the app turns it into structured entries automatically.

2

AI helps surface the patterns

After a couple of weeks of consistent logging, the Pro analysis layer compares symptom days to food days, catches delayed reactions, and builds a clearer shortlist of likely triggers.

3

Get a clearer next step

See what to test first, what symptoms cluster together, and what to bring to your doctor instead of vague guesses.

Built for people who need answers, not more logging busywork.

Not a calorie counter. Not a barcode app. A focused system for identifying food-trigger patterns without turning your life into spreadsheet hell.

Built by someone who got tired of failed food diaries.

I've lived with IBS for years. The bloating after meals that should be fine, the anxiety before eating out, the late-night googling trying to figure out if it's dairy, gluten, stress, or just bad luck.

I tried four different gastroenterologists. Elimination diets. Food diary apps. Random spreadsheets. Notes on my phone I'd abandon after three days. Nothing stuck, and nothing gave me answers.

For a long time I thought I just wasn't disciplined enough to track properly. But the real problem was that every tool made tracking feel like homework — too many fields, too much friction, and no clear payoff at the end.

I wanted something where I could just talk into my phone after eating, have AI figure out the structure, and then have it spot the patterns I'd never see on my own. I couldn't find it, so I built it.
