Refund terms depend on which product you buy:
- Find My Triggers App Pro: covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, whether purchased through Dodo Payments or as the FMT Pro product on Gumroad.
- Separate manual products: the Notion Template, Doctor Visit Prep Kit, and IBS & Food Sensitivity Tracker Kit are digital downloads delivered immediately through Gumroad and are final sale unless required otherwise by applicable law.
How to request a refund
For an App Pro refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase and include the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are typically issued within 2-3 business days.
