All Find My Triggers products come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase a product and decide it's not right for you within 14 days of purchase, contact us and we'll issue a full refund.

We don't require you to prove you used the product, provide a reason, or jump through any hoops. We just ask that you contact us within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

2. Include the email address you used to make the purchase
3. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer but is typically 3–5 business days after we initiate the refund.

After 14 days

We're unable to offer refunds after the 14-day window has passed. If you're having trouble accessing or using your product after this period, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
