AI-powered gut insights

Turn scattered gut logs into clearer patterns.

Connect your Notion tracker or Google Sheet and get a report with possible food associations, recurring patterns, and practical next steps.

Reports summarize self-reported observations. They can highlight possible food associations, but they do not prove that a food caused symptoms or that another food is safe. Use them to support a discussion with a clinician or dietitian.

How are you tracking?

📓

Notion Tracker

One-click connection. We read from your Notion tracker directly — nothing to copy or export.

📊

Google Sheets

Paste the link to your tracking spreadsheet after temporarily setting it to "Anyone with the link" as a Viewer.

Before you continue: anyone who obtains that URL can view the sheet. It is not listed publicly, but access stays enabled until you change it back. Restore Restricted access after generating your report.

We process your connected data on our server. Connection details and your report are saved in a server-side session; backups can last longer. Read the storage and privacy details. Google sharing permissions remain under your control.

Under General access, change "Restricted" to "Anyone with the link"
4
Make sure the role says "Viewer" (not Editor)
