Our story
Find My Triggers started because we couldn't find a tool that actually helped us figure out what was making us sick.
Most of us who developed Find My Triggers have lived with IBS or food sensitivities for years. We've done the elimination diets, sat in waiting rooms, kept scrappy food diaries in notes apps, and tried to hold it together at dinner parties while quietly catastrophising about every ingredient on the table.
We know what it's like to feel like your body is working against you — and to be told by doctors that your results are "normal" when nothing about how you feel is normal.
The frustrating truth about food sensitivities is that the only reliable way to identify them is to track what you eat and how your body responds — consistently, over time. But most people never do this in a way that generates useful data. They track for a few days, get overwhelmed, and stop.
We built the Find My Triggers tracker to make that process as simple and low-friction as possible. No complicated apps. No subscription fees. Just a structured system that helps you collect the data your body is already generating — and then make sense of it.
You don't need a diagnosis to use our tools. Find My Triggers is designed for anyone who:
We believe that the best person to understand your body is you — but only if you have the right tools and structure to make sense of what it's telling you. We're not here to replace your doctor or dietitian. We're here to help you show up to those appointments with real data instead of vague hunches.
We also believe that health tools shouldn't cost a fortune or trap you in a subscription. Everything we make is a one-time purchase, and we're committed to keeping it that way.
The IBS tracker is just the beginning. We're working on more tools for people navigating food sensitivities — from structured reintroduction guides to symptom pattern reports. Join our list to be the first to hear about new releases.
